    Legal Adviser/Executive Assistant


    Job Description

    • SIM Properties and Homes Limited is looking for a Legal Adviser/ Executive Assistant who will provide high level of managerial and administrative assistance to the CEO.
    • Such person must be ready to manage key legal projects, spare head legal team to review all contracts and agreements and advises CEO on same.
    • She must be able to accurately files correspondence and legal documents, support corporate records retention and maintenance, including monitoring and ensuring compliance with requirements.
    • To Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the office of CEO.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of LLB and LLM/MBA will be added advantage
    • Preferably female
    • Must have been called to Bar
    • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in real estate will be added advantage.
