    Personal Assistant to the Chairman


    Job Description

    • We are seeking to recruit a ‘’Personal Assistant to the Chairman’’ to develop and provide a comprehensive organisational, administrative and programme support service to the Chairman by proactively overseeing the Chairman’s workload and completing tasks as directed by the Chairman.

    Job Responsibilities
    The ‘personal assistant to the chairman’’ will be assigned the following primary responsibilities:

    • Report to Chairman’s office, to provide secretarial support including organizing and preparing meeting agenda, taking minutes, handling correspondences, drafting emails and maintaining the filing system.
    • Organize and manage Chairman’s calendar and appointments. Arrange and coordinate internal and external business meetings and social events.
    • Assist in Chairman’s corporate, business and investment related activities
    • Be prepared for overtime and flexible working hours as may be required.
    • Any other duties assigned by the Chairman

    Education and Work Experience Requirements

    • B.Sc in Social Sciences or related field
    • Certification in or professional membership of ICSAN or any relevant association
    • Minimum of 5 years post-NYSC experience in related position.
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite- Word, Power Point and Excel
    • Proficiency in Office Management solutions.

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Good Interpersonal and diplomatic skills
    • Good planning, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work and be highly organized under pressure, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
    • Independent, meticulous and be self-initiated
    • Demonstrable level of numeracy and analytical skills
    • Able to exercise absolute discretion and confidentiality
