Independent Consultant (Customer Service) at 4 Quarters Consultants Limited

Job Description

• We are looking for Independent Consultants with experience in Customer Service management and ability to manage multiple Clients.

Duties

• Be a good ambassador by representing clients and interfacing across teams and with customers via various channels, address queries, resolve escalated customer issues and provide recommendations to address identified gaps while ensuring little or no disruption to overall business.
• Lead and manage project teams, drive ideas to synergy and provide clients with strategic solutions as relevant to their business needs to deliver outcomes, 100% within set goals.
• Co-ordinate briefing sessions with client’s customers, key stakeholders and 3rd party vendors, ensure high productivity levels to deliver on all projects with zero showstoppers.
• Any other as it comes and relates to the clients needs.

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum of 7 years work experience in a Consulting Firm
• Minimum of a B.Sc in any related filed
• Professional qualification is an added advantage
