We are looking for a young HR and Administrative Officer to perform a variety of HR and Administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will support the HR department in duties like recruitment, training, performance evaluation, rewarding and enforcing disciplinary actions appropriately.

Key requirements:

• Hard working, dedicated and friendly.
• 65% knowledge on carrying out recruitment processes, designing and managing training activities, carrying out performance evaluations, rewarding and enforcing desciplinary actions.
• Good organisational and coordination skills.
• Computer literacy and experience with MS Office application.
• Knowledge of labour act, and other related laws and regulations..
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Must have completed NYSC.
