Human Resources Specialist - Talent Management and Performance Management at an Agricultural Firm

• Design and implement career development and performance management programs strategies and processes.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of core career path model.
• Support creation and maintenance of a competency catalogue.
• Utilize strategic workforce planning to create pipelines of talent.
• Assist in the development of policies, guidelines, and tools to support managers throughout the performance management process.
• Maintain and communicate the annual calendar for the performance management process.
• Work with the organization to ensure performance management processes are being adhered to.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
• Three to five (3 – 5) years’ experience in performance management.
• Experience in Feed Milling Industry or Food Processing Industry is preferred.
• Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field preferred.
• Experience in developing career development and/or performance management system.
• Experience in strategic workforce planning.
• Working knowledge of Human Resources policies and guidelines.
