Full Scene Payment Promotion Director / Senior Director at HRLeverage Africa

Responsibilities

• In conjunction with the progress of the company’s product, it is responsible for the overseas market expansion of the full-scenario payment under the opy line, and is fully responsible for the coverage under the company’s line, the GMV, and the number of active merchants.
• Set up and manage the local push team, build an efficient implementation of the push team, coordinate the operation and product team to continuously optimize and enhance the performance, and user experience.
• Understand the status quo and entry opportunities of Internet in West African countries, especially third-party payment products, and formulate corresponding strategies for different payment scenarios, from scenario strategies to specific grasping and implementation plans.
• Conduct business negotiations for key customers, participate in the formulation of specific terms of sales contracts and sign contracts
• Monitor, collect, collate and analyze various market information, industry development trends, regular feedback and summary reports
• Support the company's strategic decision-making from a professional perspective and participate in the formulation of relevant strategies and strategies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years in the offline industry of the Internet industry to promote relevant work experience; good oral English ability, English can be used as working language.
• Landing team management and team building capabilities, and can quickly build a target market expansion team;
• Have strong organizational and coordination capabilities and adaptability, can quickly respond to various emergencies, and provide solutions in a timely manner;
•  Have strong data analysis capabilities, sensitive to data, good at finding problems from daily business data;
• Strong anti-stress ability and teamwork spirit, strong self-driving ability, optimistic and passionate personality.
• Familiar with African customs and customs, with overseas work/life experience preferred; Alipay, WeChat payment and other companies are preferred for senior operations management.
