Reporting to the Executive Management of the company, the candidate will be responsible for:
Preparing and managing all relevant correspondence
Schedule management
Implementing and maintaining office systems
Managing relevant corporate databases
Setting up and maintaining operable filing and retrieval systems.
Required Qualifications and Specifications
First degree in any field of study
Certification or training as an Executive Secretary
Minimum of 4 years’ experience as an Executive Secretary
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
