    Regional Sales Manager

    Job Descriptions

    • The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company.
    • They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. Need a individual contributor who will work a mixture of channel and direct accounts .

    Responsibilities

    • Identify strategic channel relationships in Africa
    • Work with end- customers to position the products and value sell
    • Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
    • Track and report all sales activities
    • Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
    • Plan marketing campaigns in line with company strategy and product focus
    • Have CXO level relationships with Carriers and ISP's to evangelise and conceptualise projetcs
    • Requirement to conform to revenue planning and quarterly targets

    Qualifications

    • Experience managing sales numbers
    • Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work with cross cultural teams
    • Knowledge of French , an additional qualification
    • Must have CXO level contatcs with local Service Providers and Enterprise Customers
    • Ability to travel 50% of time
