Responsibilities

• Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards and delivering an excellent guest experience
• Leading F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
• Able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance.
• Maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Requirements

• 12 years of 4 Star or 5 Star Hospitality experience
• Minimum of 3 years of working in same capacity
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are vital
