Office Assistant at Sun King (Formerly Greenlight Planet)

The Role

• Greenlight Planet is looking for an Office Assistant to join its HR and Administration team in Nigeria. The Office Assistant will work closely with the team in Nigeria to handle clerical support tasks in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Aiding with client reception
• Helping organize and maintain office common areas
• Coordinating messenger and courier service
• Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
• Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office and bank
• Provide external and internal support to Electrician, Janitor and maintain Security
• Co-ordinate and maintain Staff Administrative records such as Staff parking
• Monitor and maintain Office supply inventory
• Assisting in scanning and photo copying documents

Requirements
The Ideal candidate:

• Is excited about joining a fast growing, entrepreneurial and innovative environment
• Has an OND as minimum qualification from a reputable institution
• Is comfortable and experienced working in a multi-cultural environment
• Has about 2 years’ experience as an Office Assistant but this can also be entry level position
• Great communication skills
• Competent computer skills including MS Office
• Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection
• Numeracy and literacy skills
