• Ensure  delivery of team's finacial target including revenue, market share and net margin
• Identify new business and ways to increase revenue share within existing account
• Business development of the company's solutions accross all sectors
• Responsible for understanding and anticipating customer requirement, mapping competition and positioning the firm's offerings as the prefered service provider for the client
• Strategic account management and client servicing.
