Requirements:

• HND/BSc in Civil Engineering or Building Technology,
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience,
• Membership of NSE and registration by COREN,
• Not less than 40 years of age,
• Ability to coordinate and synergize activities of project teams and sub-contractors,
• Passion for quality and cost-effectiveness,
• Ability to work under pressure, work long hours and meet deadlines,
• Ability to wri te and su bmit timely and detailed periodic project reports,
• Trustworthiness and ability to think outside the box.
