    ASM - Sales & Development (HORECA)

    Job brief

    The successful candidate will develop sales strategies, negotiate with partners and training and developing their sales team. As an area sales manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the sales operation in allocated geographical area.

    Job Description:

    • Responsible for managing the operation team, developing coverage sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets and expanding company's business.
    • Manage the build strong business relationships with all Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe' shop, Canteen etc
    • Achieve growth and hit operations targets by successfully managing the operation team Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's requirement base and ensure its strong presence for all operation system.
    • Present Sales, Operations revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
    • Assist in the development of operation plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales and operations effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion program plans.
    • To Analyze and report the data of Sales, Promotion, Pricing and Distribution Activities.
    • Well implementing with distribution coverage, searching for new outlets.
    • Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
    • Keeping up to date with products and competitors

    Job Requirement

    • BSc/ MBA in preferable Sales and Marketing Management or related course
    • Minimum 5 years as Sales Manager in and all channel management experience in FMCG sector, particularly in HORECA.
    • Be able to concentrate for long period of time, handle pressure with high sense of confidentiality.
    • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
    • Coordination and Collaboration with related department,
    • Well knowledge of MS Office ( Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
