    Job Description

    • Working Experience with Microsoft Office 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013 Suites and office 365.
    • Responsible for data, server recovery strategies and backups for Servers. Performing routine backup of all Network systems.
    • Maintaining a record of problems and resolution that arises from users’ interaction with the application and hardware equipment.
    • Liaise with all Users on problems and work out ways of solving such problems.
    • Experienced in social media marketing.
    • Developing a comprehensive digital marketing plan for the sales and marketing department of the company.
    • Carry out website audit on a periodic basis and submission of report to the management.
    • Ensure search engine optimization tasks .improving page content, ensuring site structure is efficient, keyword relevancy, product names and tags etc
    • Develop monthly management report covering system operations, incidents, updates, escalations e.t.c
    • Management of LAN and WAN installations covering web servers, internet connection, antivirus installation, network infrastructure maintenance for CAIS.
    • Performing weekly backup of all network systems.
    • Reporting on all activities relating to network management
    • Domain administration/management, adding of users to the domain Upgrade computer application system software and troubleshoot errors to maintain system after implementation.

    Required Skills:

    • Good understanding of social media key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Familiarity with web design and publishing.
    • Excellent multitasking skills
    • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
    • Team player
    • Good time-management skills.
    • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, Google+ and other social media platforms
    •  Excellent knowledge in Web Design and Development (PHP MySQL, ASP.NET,Joomla, WordPress, Bootstrap, jQuery, Laravel etc.)
    • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
    • Careful attention to details and a fast learner
    • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented.
