Administrative Sales Officer at DIVA Pads Nigeria

Job Description

• Develop monthly sales statements for all the key distributors
• Generate purchase orders for KD’s and request for invoice from account department
• Pass important information to the KD’s
• Safe keeping of gift materials for customers
• Communicate the distribution of goods with the logistic department to ensure timely deliveries
• Documentation of important information
• Communicate and pass information across to the various sales manager
• Communicate with the sales supervisors daily to check feedback of the product in the market
• Writing of report and taking minutes in meetings
• Receiving of letters from agency who wants the support or sponsorship of DIVA

Requirements

• Graduate with 2 years in a manufacturing company Finance, Sales or customer management
• Good People management Skills
• Good communication skills - written and verbal
• Experience of originating and controlling budgets
• Good IT skills
• Good analytical skills

Qualifications

• Must be done with NYSC
• Must have HND or B.Sc in any Management or Social course
• Must be able to use MSWORD and MSEXCEL.
• Must be detailed oriented.
