Senior Treasury Officer at Rosabon Financial Services

Job Description

• Direct responsibility for the coordination and direction of new treasury management business and the expansion of existing relationship
• Responsible for the delivery of integrated treasury solutions.
• Evaluating and executing continuous industry, competitor and counterparty analysis to formulate and optimize client penetration and strategy for Treasury Services across the region.
• Servicing as primary liaison for the communication and implementation of solutions to meet the ever-changing needs of company clients.
• Jointly effort with other units in the assessment of solutions and economic viability. Responsible for pricing negotiation of Treasury Management products to ensure maximum profitability to the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Developing measures and strategic plans to foster Treasury Services growth and expansion in the region.
• Assisting client with developing effective treasury solutions for their treasury and investment activities.
• Identifying and developing effective treasury services to top names selected clients.
• Collaborating wither Lines of Business (LOB) to close and expand new business in the country.
• Analyze economic and market indicators to project future market movement and to determine positioning with clients.
• Overseeing compliance policies and regulations in Nigeria for business strategies.
• Evaluating and executing continuous industry, competitor, and counterparty analysis to formulate and optimize client penetration strategy for Treasury services across the region.
• Generating reports, analyzing data and identifying solutions for Senior Management.

Requirements

• Recognised qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, ICMA) or Degree in Business Management.
• 3 years post qualification experience in investment management/treasury function.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Hands-on mentality, results driven and team player.
• Coaching skills and ability to communicate treasury and financial concepts and tasks to finance and non-finance staff.
• High level of personal integrity.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and function in multicultural and multidisciplinary environment.
• Excellent computer skills, including in depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with computerised financial systems.
