• To assist in management of day to day operations at the clinic.
• To maintain health records, documenting each patient’s contact and updating patient profiles.
• To check equipment and supplies and raise requisitions when necessary.
• To ensure confidentiality during visit and telephone contact, as well as patient records
• To give medication to patient after proper assessment
• To encourage health maintenance and promotion through counselling.
• To take history and check necessary vitals of patient on each visit.
• To follow up on clients through phone calls.
