Contract Delivery and Governance Analyst (Supervisory) at MTN Nigeria

Job Description

• Ensure manage service vendors, TowerCo and other contractors deliver on agreed deliverables and quality standards.
• Ensure Partner (Managed Services, TowerCo etc.) payment, SLA and KPI validations and reconciliations.
• Contract coordination and administration
• Track and ensure timely issuance of PO and Invoice payment to MS and TowerCo
• Contract Administration
• Exclusion claim review and validation
• Penalty review for accuracy.
• Evaluate partner and Service provider performance reports for accuracy and consistency
• Ensure regular performance reports are received from MS Vendors and TowerCo etc.
• Monitor and report Contractual KPI, keep track of the values against Targets.
• Highlight and follow up with MS on critical network areas for improvement
• Ensure proper alignment of MS KPI and site categorization.
• Manage Services Vendor and TowerCo performance review and governance
• Track partners (Tower Co, MS Vendors etc.) and service provider’s compliance to contract deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Vendors and other stakeholders
• Continuously seek self-professional development to sharpen skills and capabilities in a versatile and evolving digital landscape.
• Foster active collaboration and relationships with employees across all levels and divisions in line with MTN’s VB and values.

Job Condition:

• Normal MTNN working conditions
• May be required to work extended hours

• Field and office bound

Experience & Training
Education:

• First degree in Electrical Electronics, Computer Science or any related discipline
• Fluent in English
• Certificate in project management is an added advantage

Experience:

• 3 - 7 years’ experience in an area of specialisation; with experience working with others
• Experience working in a medium organization
• Experience using data mining tools and reporting.
• Experience in vendor/contract management preferably in a managed services environment
• Experience in Quality/performance/Operations/RF Optimization/Planning

Training:

• Vendor management
• Project management
• Network Operation and maintenance
• RF optimization

Minimum Qualification

• BA, BEng, BSc, BTech or HND
