    Project Officer - Building and Construction

    Description:

    Key Responsibilites:

    • Coordinate projects from start to commissioning, On-Time and In-Full, within budget and safely. 
    • Organize Project Meetings
    • Identify Problems or Risks
    • Manage the Schedule

    Required Skills & Competencies:

    • Thorough familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and project scheduling computer applications
    • Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, trouble-shoot, and to meet short- and long-term deadlines
    • Experience in budget and financial management
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent critical and creative thinking and analytical skills

    Educational & Job Requirement: A degree in Civil Engineering or related subject matter with a on-the-job experience of a maximum of 5 years. 

    Note: This is a highly mobile role, it demands a lot of movements across the country.
