Key Responsibilities:
The appointee will amongst other things be responsible for;
D Handling of all legal issues.
D Handling of all contractual responsibilities involving the company and associates.
D Issue correspondences for and on behalf of the MD/CE to Contractors, Legal Consultants, and other companies having transactions with the company
D Provide professional legal advice to the MDICE on contractual issues.
D Any other assigned jobs.
Requirements:
The Suitable candidate must possess:
D LLB, BL (Law).
D A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in Law.
D Must not be more than 32 years.
D Must be a team player with the ability to work with little or no supervision.
D Must be computer literate with a strong work ethics and personal drive to succeed.
D Must be hardworking, willing to learn and with a high level of attention to details.
