An indigenous Oil & Gas company is looking to hire a Legal & Liaison Officer with responsibilities to:
Perform legal duties related to company. Draft and Compose legal opinions related to company. Ensure Regulatory Compliance Analyze legal risk and advise management. Legal research and analysis of matters related to the business. Eliminate legal and commercial risk. Eliminate or minimize Liabilities. Support in Litigation, Court Matters and Dispute Resolution. Provide legal advice to company. Perform and coordinate all functions relating to Liaison, Corporate Services, Government Relations, Client Relations and Nigerian Content. Ensure permits and certificates are up to date and current Ensure NAPIMS, NIPEX, DPR, NIMASA and NPA requirements for the company, activities and assets are met and never in default Liaise with and manage relations with the NCDMB
Qualifications
LL.B, BL
At least 5 year’s experience in Legal, Liaison, Corporate Services, Government Relations Experience either in an Oil Service Company or in a law firm that services Oil and Gas clients
Possession of relevant Professional Certificates will be an advantage
