RESPONSIBILITIES Implements the Regional sales plan and strategies Present, promote and sell products & services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling. Provides technical, marketing and sales support to the Company’s customers. Prepares visit schedule, conducts visit to customers to promote sales and maintain good customer relationship. Writes weekly, monthly, and annual sales report on the business activities within the territory.
PERSON SPECIFICATION A Bachelor’s Degree (Not less than 2.2) or its equivalent in any discipline. Nothing less than 3 years’ experience in Practical Sales roles preferably in the Paints, Real Estate or FMCG sector. The Applicant must possess very good Marketing and Sales Techniques, be good at Database Management, and have some knowledge of Financial Management. In addition, the Applicant must have sound business knowledge, demonstrates self-confidence and integrity. He/She must be good at customer management. The Applicant must be able to drive well.
