We are looking to hire an enthusiastic individual who is well spoken, energetic, creative, and has a good hygienic with a minimum of two – three years’ experience. The lady should have exceptional personality, love for children and a love for education, to join our incredible Infant/ children Community (0 -2 / 2.5 -6 years). We are a Montessori School that strongly believes in the application of the Montessori teaching of young children as it facilitates rapid brain development.

We are located at Trans Amadi, Port Harcourt and we will prefer candidates that live in Portharcourt, around Trans – Amadi axis.

Minimum qualification: S.S.C.E

Minimum experience: 2-3 years

Responsibilities

• Ensures that materials on shelves are properly cleaned
• Takes turns with other staff to welcome children to school
• Ensures children are properly settled in class, ensuring that their shoes are removed and both shoes & bags are placed at the appropriate place
• Ensures orderliness in class while teacher is teaching
• Assists in teaching in class when needed
• Assists during meal time
• Supervises children during outdoor activities and ensures that all outdoor materials are clean and ready for use
• Partakes in after school cleaning
•  Assist teacher in setting out any extra preparation for practical activities in class
• Take turn in after- school care

• Work experience in a Nursery /Crèche
