    Manager, Lease Department

    Details:

    JOB OBJECTIVE:

    • To generate sales as stated in the set departmental and personal targets.
    • Responsible for all leasing functions; which includes reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.
    • Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service.                                      

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Working closely with internal teams to provide key business insights, define and implement appropriate sales, marketing, operational and business development strategies to maximize sales and profitability of the business.
    • Spearheading the development of sales plans and KPI reporting for Sales leaders for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
    • Managing sales forecasting, planning and buyer-driven sales and marketing processes, establishing high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency of the leasing operations department.
    • Maintaining sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping up-to-date with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
    • Maintaining staffing levels of the Sales force by crafting quarterly and annual hiring plans, thereby promoting the recruitment, selection, orientation and training of Sales employees.
    • Manages and directs the daily activities of the leasing operations department in accordance with organization policies and standards.
    • Responsible for all leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.
    • Fostering partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
    • Establishing sales objectives by developing annual sales quotas for all TCG branches; projecting expected sales volumes and profit margins for leasing department.
    • Keeping abreast of marketing activities and outcomes including customer responses, conversion rates, leads, sales, retention and ROI.
    • Conducting in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences to support campaign creations.

    Educational Qualification & Functional/Technical Skill or Certification

    • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales plans.
    • Proven business analysis and judgment with the ability to proactively manage business and P&L to meet objectives.
    • Demonstrated ability to professionally develop and coach team members.
    • Strategy development, project management, problem solving, and change management skills.
    • Solid understanding of the financial market and products.
    • Exceptional negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally.
    • Ability to effectively present information and negotiate with all levels of management
    • Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Business related computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years)
    • Experience and success in recruiting and retaining a high performance sales team and a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse sales team.
    • Minimum of 5 Years in Equipment leasing
