    • We are currently representing a highly reputable Nigerian Energy Consortium who is seeking to identify a highly experienced professional who can join their Power Distribution Business and take the company further by successfully driving performance, change management and profit growth.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • We are currently representing a highly reputable Nigerian Energy Consortium who is seeking to identify a highly experienced professional who can join their Power Distribution Business and take the company further by successfully driving performance, change management and profit growth.
    • The main driver for this role will be to put in place comprehensive HR practices and objectives that will provide a high performance culture for a superior workforce in the industry.
    • Your strong general management coupled with extensive HR background in recruiting, developing and retaining the most qualified talent would be beneficial to support the achievement of the company’s business objectives.

    Requirements:

    •     Nigerian professional with 10 -15 years of progressive experience in the Power Distribution/Utility business implementing cultural transformations and change management programs
    •     Extensive exposure to working in Nigeria and strong knowledge of Labor relations management, negotiation, advocacy and persuasion
    •     Demonstrated and cogent experience in field of specialization including but not limited to international and emerging power markets, industry restructuring, infrastructure, laws and regulations in which they are nationally or internationally renowned as an expert.
    •     In depth knowledge of the private and public sector business environments and political/policy issues affecting the industry.
    •     Promote, develop and implement an effective learning development and performance management systems aimed at accelerating Human Capital performance and growth
    •     Solid knowledge of workforce planning and competency mapping
    •     Strong and first-rate educational background with terminal or advanced certification in HRIS solutions and MBA qualification
    •     Organization Development experience and ability to demonstrate Change Leadership coupled with the ability to connect the people strategy with the business strategy.
