We are looking for a qualified responsible Civil Engineer with a vast experience in design and tendering.

What you will do?

Your responsibilities will include Negotiation and coordinating with clientsconsultantsgovernmental agencies; project scheduling; submitting reports such as project schedule reports and quality reports; writing  and replying formal letters to client and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Early project stage administration of the project
• Assist in market development and project pursuit
• Processing relevant technical documents
• Research
• Design calculation and drawing
• Design and planning
• Tendering and bidding
• Cost estimation
• Report writing
• Feasibility studies

Requirements

• Proven experience in tendering and bidding for projects
• Tertiary degree, masters is an added advantage
• COREN certified
• Skilled in the use of auto-cad for design
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS word, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Professional and neat  Appearance  
• Clear and fluent in English without any accent
• Required to travel often, and probably be stationed outside workplace for some time
• Not below 30years of age
