Customer Account Manager/ Branch Manager at Fosad Consulting

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers state.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the effective management of branch operation’s costs and revenue
• Support the Business development, CAM & OPS team to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, approved strategies and plan
• Managing Expeditors DDU and DDP Accounts
• Monitoring of the clearance of shipment with operations team till when same is delivered to the final consignee with Proof of delivery (POD)
• Effectively monitor the service delivery process, ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are followed
• Build and maintain client relationships by planned frequent visits to client sites for service delivery reviews address issues of performance, quality of services, demand forecasts etc
• Produce management and account performance reports to an agreed schedule or upon request.
• Liaise with documentation units for the processing of FORM M and to ensure shipper has been informed of relevant documentation requirement before shipment is forwarded to Nigeria

Requirement:

• B.Sc./ degree in relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ Experience in a logistic firm
