As a Cleaning Supervisor at ZDCS, you will be responsible for supervision and execution of cleaning operations across Lagos and maintaining highest quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Supervision of all cleaning staff focusing on their on-the-job performance on one-off and recurring jobs
Ensuring the highest quality service is delivered to all areas of the job site
Reviewing and managing cleaning personnel work schedules
Managing cleaning supplies inventory in-house and at client locations
Ensuring all staff are aware and complaint with Health and Safety policies and procedures
Conduct regular trainings for cleaning personnel
Have full working knowledge of cleaning materials, chemicals, equipment and procedures
Ensure all cleaning operations are executed according to scope of work and within the agreed upon time frame
Manage relationship with all stakeholders- cleaners, management, suppliers and clients
Qualifications
Minimum of OND in Hospitality Management or other relevant course
Previous experience managing small and large teams towards project execution
Project Management certification/experience preferable
Previous experience in the cleaning industry preferable
Good communication and interpersonal skills
