Job Purpose:

The Head, Marketing holds ultimate responsibility for the organization’s marketing activities and oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business across Nigeria.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the implementation of the Marketing strategy to meet the business objectives.
• Prepare and submit annual sales budget to Finance.
• Establish and drive sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas across Lagos, PHC, Abuja, Kano and Onitsha.
• Manage key accounts and expand client base.
• Collaborate with other Head of Departments and key employees in all areas to achieve business goals.
• Manage the marketing and sales team through coaching, mentoring, trainings and performance management.

Educational and Experience required

• A B.Sc from a good higher education of learning
• An MBA/ M.Sc in Marketing
• APCON certified
• Minimum of 10 years industry experience with at least 4 years in a managerial capacity
• Industry: Media/Advertising/Broadcasting
