Sales and Customer Relationship Personnel at Ralds & Agate

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day administration and operations of the store.
• Ensure all products are kept in good condition and properly displayed to maximize sales and profitability.
• Develop strategies to drive sales, increase customer engagement, enhance store visibility physically and online
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, customers and other key stakeholders
• Provide consultation, education and direction to customer on the company’s products.
• Maintain the store records and accounting books
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
• Ensure complaints are resolved and service is quick and efficient.

Qualifications/ Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field
• 0- 2 years working experience in sales or customer services.
• An excellent customer service orientation and commitment.
• Attention to detail and Multi-tasking
• Social Media Savvy
• Basic Accounting or Record Keeping Skills.
