Die / Embossing Maker (Specialist in handling Gravure Machine) at Resource Intermediaries Limited

Resource Intermediaries Limited is currently recruiting a leading manufacturing firm located in Ibadan for the role of DIE/ EMBOSSING MAKER who would effectively manage all aspects of designing and preparation of Die’s, Embossing cylinders, ensures Die’s are balanced and ready and embossing are properly prepared for printing.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Record Die Runs on log sheets.
• Record Embossing Runs on log sheets.
• Record on cutting rules, crease rules, patch-up sheets, Nicking disc, die rubber, and other tooling for Die and Embossing stock.
• Daily update and replacements provided for worn/damage tool.
• Installation /Make-ready of cutting die and embossing for production Inspection of tooling for embossing, cutting die and tooling upon receipt

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• 4-7 years’ experience in a similar field.
• BSC/HND Mechanical Engineering or other related sciences
• Receiving & inspection of embossing, cutting die and counter-plate
• Embossing & Die cutting die lost time control
• Rotary Embossing Assembling
