Internal (35% of KPI)
We do not believe Organizations should be brittle. We desire to create a system that lives above the traditional "key-man" risk situation.
This means that you are expected to:
Recruitment (45% of KPI)
As an HR technology firm, we fulfil the HR requests of clients, primarily recruitment.
As a result, you are expected to:
HR Business Development (20% of KPI)
Growth is key. We expect you to grow this department of the business. We expect you to build our HR business segment into a full-blown segment, handling both internal and external requests alike.
