Job Description

• Thorough understanding of flour milling process, quality parameters of flour origins and products. Ability to understand and arrive at concluding difference in different blends and origins- 30% weightage
• Establishing root cause analysis for any difference and consumer complaints in the products- 10% weightage
• Establish and review different wheat blends for different products- 30% weightage
• Lead, develop and new flour based product initiatives - 20% weightage
• Establish RM specs, FG Specs and satisfy regulatory requirements- 10% weightage

Requirements

• 8-10 years cognate experience in flour sales
• Core Understanding of wheat flour and origins and blends necessary
• M.Sc in Food Science with core experience in flour industry
