Job Description for Senior, Lease Exceutive

• Manage and direct the daily marketing and operational activities of the Lease department.
• Structure viable lease transactions in line Rosabon’s investment and pricing policy.
• Carry out comprehensive financial analysis on customer’s financial statements as part of a complete credit analysis report on Lease requests from multinationals and SMEs.
•  Responsible for all leasing functions, which include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreement.
• Oversee completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service and relationship management.
• Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the department.
•  Develop and implement strategies, policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability of the department.
• Prepare concise finance reports which enables efficient decision making.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or any other related fields. Masters is an added advantage.

• 3-5 years work experience in the financial Industry. 

• Candidate must possess strong communication, sales, presentation, management, and leadership skills.

• Goal-oriented, flexible, and creative under pressure; knowledge of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms; strong budgeting, Internet, and computer skills.
