Shift Supervisor - Flour Operations at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc

Location: Apapa, Lagos

The Job

• Provide timely response to equipment breakdown or other operational challenges.
• Document all packing operations accurately.
• Maintain good hygiene and house-keeping practices within the packing environment.
• Ensure usage of the right PPEs by all staff within the scope of authority.
• Ensure GMP practices are followed and adhered to.
• Perform routine maintenance of packing machinery and equipment.
• Ensure the Mill supply to Flour silo is based on customer demand.

Requirements/Qualification

• HND or B.Sc in Science related courses
• 5 O’ Level Credits including English and Mathematics in not more than two sittings.

Experience:

• Two (2) years cognate experience.

The Person Must:

• Have good leadership and people management skills.
• Have ability to troubleshoot.
• Have good communication skills.
• Be attentive to details.
