    Port Operation Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure all trucks arrive to its various designated terminal timely for loading
    • Ensure all documents needed for loading &  invoicing get to the drivers & office respectively on timely manner
    • Timely collection of Terminal Delivery Order (TDO) from Clients  for the Company's trucks.
    • Ensure all port operation activities are executed within the stipulated time
    • Allocation of jobs to both company’s trucks and 3rd party in accordance with directive from Logistics Executive
    • Submission of invoices at Clients' offices when the need arises
    • Speedy passage of trucks into the terminal even in tight situations

    Requirements

    • First degree in relevant discipline
    • 2-3 years relevant experience
    • Experience in Port operations
