The Beauty lounge coordinator responsibilities include recommending promotions, maintaining updated records of expenses and revenues, promoting our business on social media and managing Client appointments and Estheticians and Technicians shifts. To be successful in this role, you should be interested in beauty trends and familiar with beauty spa operations.
Ultimately, you will help us build a profitable beauty service business that offers a quality customer service experience.

Requirements

• Work experience in beauty service or management or similar role in the beauty industry
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• Up-to-date with beauty trends (e.g. colors, styles and preferences)
• Basic knowledge of Word and Excel
• Record-keeping skills
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage shifts and appointments
• Solid social media presence
• Photography skills
• Social skills with ability to engage clients and relate with vendors
• Inventory Management skills
• Additional certification in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy or relevant field is a plus
