Qualification and Experience
- HND/B.Sc Computer Science with two years' experience or,
- Ordinary National Diploma in Computer sciene with four years' experience
- Able to use complete Microsoft Office SUites
- Excellent skill in programming and graphics
- Knowledge of contracting documentation
