Sustainable Healthcare Initiative (SHI) is an autonomous, indigenous Programme & Supply chain Management organization with emphasis on the design, development and implementation of solutions to meet Programme Management challenges. We are seeking to employ suitable and qualified candidates for various open positions.
The Programme Manager reports directly to the Program Director and provides technical and programme expertise to the entire programme team. The primary responsibility is project management and to provide technical advice on malaria field support activities, participating in design of new programmes/projects and evaluation of ongoing programmes, and providing advice on malaria specific interventions while working effectively with development partners, Civil Society Organizations and Ministry of Health at national and state levels.
Applicants must possess a medical background with Master’s degree in Public Health or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years working experience on donor projects in Nigeria with a good knowledge of epidemiology and significant understanding of Operations Research techniques and proficiency in computer packages such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Epi-info and SPSS are necessary.
