    Sales and Market Specialist


    Job Objective

    • Our client is in need of Sales and Marketing Specialist with a primary responsibility of performing sales activities and soliciting for new customers
    • The candidate will work closely with employees in other functions, such as advertising, market research, production, sales and distribution
    • So a candidate with good interpersonal and team working skill is required.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities

    • Prospect for new opportunities and identify new profitable customers for the company products
    • Generate sales leads/opportunities that can be converted to sales and follow up
    • Generate demand by pro-actively reaching potential customers to make them aware of the company’s products
    • Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information such as budget spread-sheets
    • Analysing questionnaires
    • Prepare and submit weekly/ monthly reports on the sales activities to supervisor
    • Assist in the preparation of company brochures and similar documents.
    • Organising and hosting presentations and customer visits.
    • Assisting with promotional activities.
    • Visiting customers/external agencies.
    • Conduct research to obtain and analyse data on customer demographics, preferences, needs and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand
    • Provide market feedback, competitor & industry insight to supervisor

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • B.Sc. or HND preferably in Marketing or any related discipline from a reputable university
    • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in pure sales and marketing, preferably in the creative art space
    • Proficient use of Microsoft suite
    • Ability to persuade is important
    • Passionate about sales and must be able to demonstrate the ability to achieve sales plan
    • Must have exceptional negotiating skill
    • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
