    Technical Sales Representative (Agronomist)

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    As a Technical Sales Representative, the candidate will be responsible for promoting the sales and development of new varieties of vegetable crops, such as tomato, cucumber and sweet pepper etc., give technical supports to farmers across the country and supply top agricultural inputs. To achieve this, the candidate will maintain and develop the relationships with key customers/farmers and constantly engage in developmental research works and trainings. 
     
    The candidate is expected to organize and record information from breeding trials and to provide accurate and timely information to the appropriate quarters.

    A.    Core Attributes

    The candidate must possess the following attributes:

    • A strong commercial drive and an entrepreneurial spirit.
    • Must relevant market knowledge and insight in how the market works. 
    • 1 to 2years practical experience in a technical / commercial position.
    • In-depth technical knowledge.
    • Willingness to travel  
    • Must possess a proficient level of computer appreciation

    B.    Education Qualifications

    • A B.Sc or B.Tech in Agronomy or any other related field.
    • Minimum of Second Class Lower Division
