• participate in creative research for upcoming collections
• Create sketches using adobe photography and illustrator
• Draw detailed drawing and write specifications such as colour schemes,construction,material types and accessories requirements
• Give advice on fabric selection
• Desigining seasonal collections and following fashion
• Fashion illustration,sketching,designing pattern placement
• Study fashiob trends and anticipate designs that will appeal to consumers
• Manage the design process from trend research to finish product
• Understand current consumer fashion trends,bringing in new ideas through competitive shopping and market research

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5-10 years work experience in the fashion industry
• Creativity and sensitvity to luxury
• Excellent leadership skills
• Marketing skills
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire team memebers
