Job Summary

An Outstanding insurance firm seeks the services of a Research and Development Officer to join its team of highly intelligent individual to support its business development activities through conducting intelligent market research on the insurance sector locally and globally and able to transcribe these research reports to enhance increase sales and profitability.

Responsibilities;

The successful candidate reports to the Executive Director, Operations and responsible for;

• Spearheading research activities and gathering market intelligence report for business development purposes.
• Identify research methods, variables, and other test parameters in relation to the insurance sector. Coordinate research on available opportunities, consumers needs and competitors in the market

Qualifications

• BSc in insurance, Social science or its equivalent
• ACIIN or ACII is compulsory
• M.Sc. degree is an advantage
• Minimum of 5years experience in insurance sector
