Retail Sales/Store Manager at eRecruiter Nigeria

We are looking for a result driven retail store manager to be responsible for the overall management of our client's store in Ikeja City Mall and The Palms Mall. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.

Requirements

• A hardworking individual who is ready to grow in a dynamic fashion retail company in full expansion. Should be self-motivated, able to inspire their team to work well as a team leading by example and deliver outstanding results.
• With a minimum of a Diploma degree, experience at a retail store and has a proven ability to manage staff.
• Should have a strong verbal and communications skills and able to work long hours and weekends.
• To ensure an excellent level of customer service is provided in the store
• To plan, apply and monitor the required measures in order to reach and exceed sales targets
• To ensure and collaborate in the implementation of merchandising standards and Optimize selling space in order to obtain maximum profitability
• To be familiar with the collection, and control and manage the stock to maximize sales
• To act as a role model and promote effective communication within the team
• To lead and motivate the team, ensuring the development of staff potential
• To be able to step up when short staffed and handle challenging situations.
