Business Development Manager
Business Development Manager: Candidate will be responsible for promoting the corporate team events and engaging corporate clients. The requirement for the position includes:
- Focusing on personal sales targets, new business development, maintaining customer relationships, and troubleshooting specific customer problems.
- Understanding customer needs, their drivers and building long term partnerships
- Preparing sales presentations, contracts, and proposals subject to review by supervisor
- Participating in special projects such as major promotions, new product launches, and new marketing initiatives
The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:
- Excellent communication skills, to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders.
- Does not only want to win; but hates to lose. Always seeking for opportunities to expand the business and create more savings, while over delivering targets.
- Known for empathy. Can listen more and talk less, and therefore truly understands the customer and their needs. With that mindset can create commercial chances to optimize the customer experience.
- Does not get easily stressed by pressure, but gets energized by a demanding and dynamic environment
This will be a short contract of 3 - 6 months with an option of transitioning into a full time position.
