Role Purpose Statement

Responsibilities

• Clean the bar and all operating equipment’s
• Welcome customers and take correct orders
• Must always be around service areas for prompt attention
• Provide excellent customer service
• Clear tables after use
• Arrange all equipment in their various stations before work begins
• Carry out accurate billing and payment

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience
• Bachelor’s degree, OND or any relevant qualification
• Strong people and process management skills
• Basic computer skills
• Fluent English, written and spoken

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

• Proper documentation and timely reporting
• Strict compliance with the internal guidelines, policies and strategies
• Customer Satisfaction
