Group Corporate Services Executives at an Oil and Gas Firm

The person must be a strategic business thinker who will partner with the business to drive strategy, performance, accountability, culture and change in the Group. Please find below Key criteria for this role:

• Led the HR function in a well structured organisation 
• He/She MUST also have held a Senior manangment position in Finance or other core areas of the business.
• Minimum of 15years experience
• Minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree.
• MBA, MA, or equivalent, in Human Resources, or any related course while not requisite will be an added advantage.
• CIPM, CIPD qualified or other HR Certification (SHRM-CP etc.) desirable.
