    Commercial Lawyer

    Location: Lagos
    Job opening ID: 19

    Roles and responsibilities

    •     Conduct proper research and prepare basic written arguments
    •     Attend matters in Court
    •     Take proper notes at meetings or court actions
    •     Move non-contentious applications.
    •     Draft basic pleadings.
    •     File processes in all the courts.
    •     Write status reports on cases.
    •     Conduct searches on the court files.

    Requirements

    •     Good communications skills
    •     Basic interest and knowledge of the law
    •     A willingness and ability to learn the law and practice
    •     Team Player
    •     Willingness and ability to follow instructions
    •     2-3 years experience.
