Outlet Manager at Estrada International Staffing Solutions

Purpose of role

A well established company in the food and service industry seeks to hire a seasoned outlet manager who will supervise the overall operations of the restaurant and catering activities and also develop and implement the catering’s regional market expansion strategy to ensure growth.

Responsibilities

• Achieve agreed revenue targets;
• Grow revenue and ensure daily average sales in restaurant increases;
• Supervise catering operations to assure quality services and good quality of food are provided at all times;
• Provide daily sales reports and ensure proper record keeping, high level of accountability and integrity;
• Manage the customer database, compliant and provide appropriate feedback;

Qualifications/Competencies

• At least 3-4 years’ experience in a prestigious restaurant.
• Minimum of BSc or HND in business studies, management, hospitality management or Catering.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
