Marketing Executive at eRecruiter Nigeria

Reports to the Marketing Manager.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in achieving sales targets as a team member. He/She will be responsible for Customer Satisfaction.

Requirements

• Developing new customers, Retaining existing customers, Handling Customer Complaints and Customer Satisfaction.
• Developing marketing campaigns/strategies, conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences.
• Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.
• Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information.
• Required to prepare and submit in time monthly report in the defined format relating job function.
• Updating databases and using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Minimum of a HND qualifications or Engineering qualifications or any related discipline.
• Strong record of acquiring new, strategic accounts and growing new business lines.
• An outgoing personality and history building strong relationships both internally and externally
• With interactive skills and command over computer applications, Eagerness to travel in and around Nigeria.
